VANTAGE Mandoline preparation 5 30 30 4 1Vantage is equiped of a V shaped blade integrated to stainless steel frame. It allows to cut all types of fruits and vegetables, even the softest. Various cuts. Adjustable slice plate from 1 to 10 mm with obturator. A set of 3 graters: coarse grater, medium grater, zest grater. Julienne blades of 4, 7 et 10 mm. Fast and efficient: the teeth of the graters cut in 2 flow directions. Minimum space, folding foot. Total safety thanks to the ergonomic
